Policies

We ask that you treat your hair appointment like a coffee date with your best girlfriend!  Your stylist has this time scheduled out especially for you!

No Shows

Not showing up or Canceling within 15 minutes of your appointment time are considered "no shows".  We get that life happens. We simply require your 50% deposit to serve as your rescheduling fee.  *  You also may no longer be able to book online as it effects your guest reliability rating. 

Redo policy

We strive to make your hair dreams come true. We offer a "7 day guarantee" on your hair cuts so you get a chance to style it yourself to make sure it works for you!  Sometimes a few simple tweaks will make it perfect. 

If something is off with your color, we will do our best to make it even closer to your inspiration photos! 

If you've changed your mind completely, that's okay! We will refer to our service prices to get you to your next do! 

Notice

Please give 48 hours notice prior to cancellation or rescheduling.  We send a reminder text at this time so to cancel, respond or log into your account to cancel/ reschedule.

This allows your stylist to fill the space in her schedule.  Life happens, we get it! When notice is unavoidable, We simply require your 50% deposit to serve as your rescheduling fee.  *

Kids in the Salon

We absolutely love your children.  We welcome them when necessary as long as the expectation is set that this is a place of business with dangerous tools.  

We do recommend you get childcare for lengthy services (especially if your children are explorers) so you can relax.  We do have hot tools and sharp objects so we want to help you keep them safe at all times. 

In this salon, we believe that babies are blessings, not burdens!  

Lates

Always Late? We know you are worth the wait!  We may have to rearrange your entire appointment depending on what our day looks like.  We will do our best to accomplish all of the services you booked out, however to stay on time we may have to rearrange all or some of your service times. Full payment will be charged for services scheduled.

*In the event of contagious sicknesses or family emergencies, we may credit all or some of your fee to your next appointment at the stylists discretion.  If we are able to rebook your appointment last minute, we will always credit your reschedule fee to your next appointment so any notice can help us all! <3.
